1. Scope

This policy covers orders placed on kealthy.com (and our mobile apps, if applicable). It explains when you’re eligible for a return, refund, or replacement and how to raise a request.

2. Eligibility

  • Perishable food (fresh meals, salads, bowls, ready-to-eat items): not returnable after delivery. If an item arrives damaged, unsafe, spoiled, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours for a resolution.
  • Groceries/merchandise that are non-perishable: returnable within 7 days of delivery if unused, sealed, and in original packaging (unless marked final sale).
  • Proof: please retain your order ID, delivery time, and clear photos/videos of the item and outer packaging.

3. Non-returnable Items

  • Opened or partially consumed perishable items.
  • Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery.
  • Customised/pre-ordered items marked non-returnable.
  • Gift cards, free samples, or promotional items.

4. How to Request a Return/Refund

  1. Email cotoloreenterprisellp@gmail.com with your order ID within the relevant window (24 hours for perishable issues; 7 days for eligible non-perishables).
  2. Share photos/videos of the item and outer packaging plus a short description.
  3. We’ll verify and confirm next steps (replacement, pickup, or refund).

5. Refunds & Timelines

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing time is typically 3–7 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider.
  • For Cash on Delivery, we may issue a UPI/Bank transfer after verification.

6. Replacements

Wherever feasible, we prioritise a like-for-like replacement for damaged, unsafe, or incorrect items. If a replacement isn’t possible, we’ll process a refund.

7. Order Cancellations

  • You can cancel before the order enters preparation.
  • Once the order is in preparation/dispatch, cancellation isn’t available.
  • Subscriptions: you may pause/skip deliveries as per your plan rules (see your subscription details).
